CONNECTION & LEARNING

Parenting can feel overwhelming, and it helps to know you’re not doing it alone. Our playgroups and parenting programs give you a chance to meet others, share experiences, and pick up ideas that make day-to-day life a little easier. It’s about learning together and building supportive connections that last. Included across all bundles.

BABY BRIDGES

A welcoming playgroup where parents and babies can come together, share experiences, and build connections. It’s a relaxed space for learning, support, and community during the first 12 months.

SING ME A STORY

A gentle program for parents and carers of children aged 0–2 years to connect with their baby through stories, song, and rhyme. Guided by early learning professionals, each session nurtures bonding, builds confidence, and supports strong parent-child attachment in the early years.

IN THE LOOP

Stay connected and informed with our monthly one-hour sessions, covering a rotating mix of topics designed to support parents and carers. Each session is delivered in person or online, making it easy to join in the way that works best for you.

Guidance & Support

Sometimes you just need someone in your corner. Our family support workers and support line are there to listen, talk things through, and help you work out the next step. It’s practical advice and steady reassurance when life feels a bit too much. Included across all bundles.

FAMILY SUPPORT WORKER

The central point of contact for families, qualified, compassionate, and consistent. Family Support Workers work with parents through pregnancy and postpartum. They help shape personalised support plans, check in regularly, and connecting families with health, community, or care services. They provide light-touch navigation and advocacy, ensuring families remain supported and engaged throughout their journey.

FIRST CIRCLE SUPPORT LINE

The Support Line offers parents a safe place to talk through challenges, ask questions, and be connected to the right services. Whether it’s practical advice or simply having someone listen, families know they are not facing things alone.

PRACTICAL HOME HELP & RECOVERY

Birth and early parenthood can bring both physical recovery and the weight of everyday responsibilities. Support with household tasks together with access to health recovery services, helps ease the pressure so families have more space to heal, rest, and regain balance. Included across Nest and Restore bundles.

AT HOME HOUSEHOLD SUPPORT

Having help with cleaning, laundry, gardening, or meal preparation takes some of that weight off, so families can focus on settling in, recovering, and spending time together. This practical support is designed to ease everyday pressures and bring a sense of balance back into the home.

HEALTH & RECOVERY SERVICES

The final trimester and recovery after birth looks different for everyone. Our health services team provides support both before and after birth, with services including physiotherapy, remedial massage, exercise physiology, and podiatry. These therapies focus on easing discomfort, supporting recovery, improving mobility, and building strength.
