Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions outline the use of The First Circle paid bundles (Connect, Nest, Restore). By purchasing and accessing these services, you agree to the following:
1. Eligibility
-
Services are provided within our service area. Access outside this area may incur additional fees or may not be available.
2. Service Inclusions
-
Each bundle (Connect, Nest, Restore) includes specific hours and supports as outlined in your service agreement at the time of purchase.
-
Services must be used within the agreed timeframe, 12 months from the date of activation identified at the time of purchase.
-
Unused hours do not roll over or accumulate beyond this period.
-
For full details of what is and isn’t covered under the At Home services, please refer to the Inclusions & Exclusions Guide.
3. Referrals and Health Considerations
-
Participation may require confirmation or referral from a health professional if additional needs or risks are identified.
-
These services are not a replacement for emergency health care. In the event of a medical emergency, families must seek appropriate medical assistance.
4. Fees and Payment
-
Fees are payable upfront or as otherwise agreed in your invoice.
-
Payment must be received before services commence.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
-
A full refund is available if services are cancelled 48 hrs before any sessions are delivered.
-
Once services have commenced, refunds are not available for partially used bundles.
-
Sessions cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice can be rescheduled. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
-
If staff or volunteers are at risk during an in-home visit or community based program, we reserve the right to terminate the agreement.
Compassionate or Changing Circumstances:

We recognise that unexpected and deeply personal changes may occur during pregnancy or early parenthood, including stillbirth, miscarriage, or an adoption placement not proceeding.

We also understand that changing life circumstances, such as moving to a new location, changes in living arrangements, or shifts in personal or family circumstances, may affect the support you need.

In these circumstances, families may:

-
Request to pause services for up to 12 months to allow time for recovery, or
-
Request a refund for unused hours, less any administrative or costs already incurred.
-
Support will be offered to connect families with appropriate counselling, grief support, or community services where desired.
6. Service Delivery
-
Services are delivered by trained staff and volunteers, either in-home or through community-based programs as outlined in your bundle.
-
We will make reasonable efforts to provide services at times convenient to you, but availability may depend on staff scheduling.
-
We reserve the right to modify or substitute service delivery methods where necessary.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality
-
Personal information is collected for the purpose of service delivery and is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
-
Information will not be shared without consent, except where required by law or where there are concerns for the safety of a child or parent.
8. Responsibilities of Families
-
Families must provide accurate information during intake and keep us informed of any changes to circumstances.
-
Families are responsible for creating a safe environment for in-home visits. If staff or volunteers feel unsafe, they may reschedule or terminate the session.
9. Limitation of Liability
-
While we take all reasonable care in delivering services, 3Bridges is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in these programs.
-
Our services are designed to support parental wellbeing but are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
10. Changes to Terms
-
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version in place at the time of your purchase will apply to your bundle.
